The K910 impresses with a hook height of over 39 m and immense power. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 5,000 kg and an outreach of 25 m with a 1,000 kg load. Equipped with a dual hydraulic telescopic boom and a V-shaped outrigger setup with a maximum width of 6.14 m, the crane can be set up effortlessly even in confined spaces. Mounted on an 18-tonne truck with a short wheelbase of 4.12 m, the K910 is highly maneuverable, making it the ideal machine for urban areas.

The K910 is also available as an electric version, the K910 E; a powerful 70 kWh battery enables flexible operation without a mains connection. Should the battery run low, it can be recharged via a standard 230-volt socket, a 3-phase connection (380 V), or an electric vehicle charging station. Combined with an optimized control system, the powerful battery system ensures long operating times in both crane and aerial work platform modes.

Equipment

  • rapid telescoping under load thanks to patented Klaas cable technology
  • integrated electronic length measurement records the current mast extension length and calculates the maximum possible load capacity
  • low dead weight of the cables increases operating range and load capacity
  • low-maintenance cable technology that is very easy to access
  • protected routing of all moving electrical and hydraulic cables within or on the mast
  • no hose or cable reels on the mast
  • low-maintenance galvanized steel hydraulic piping used in the substructure, eliminating the need to replace hydraulic hoses
  • Dual movable cylinders
  • Low-torsion boom lifting thanks to two movable cylinders
  • Dual safety provided by two cylinders
  • Improved absorption of lateral guiding forces, resulting in greater boom stability
  • separate, powerful diesel engine for crane operation
  • low fuel consumption results in significant cost savings and reduced environmental impact
  • the truck engine is not burdened by crane operation
  • electronic fuel level monitoring for the crane, with display on the remote control
  • the hinge flange is machined from solid stock, enabling it to withstand higher loads
  • electronic monitoring within the hinge ensures optimal load absorption at any angular position
  • dual cylinders at the knee joint provide enhanced safety and protection against lateral forces
  • The crane can be fully set up quickly and easily using the radio remote control.
  • Each individual outrigger can be extended laterally in a continuous motion.
  • Automatic leveling of the outrigger cylinders ensures optimal setup, even on uneven surfaces.
  • Constant pressure monitoring responds to changing external conditions.
  • extremely strong and weather-resistant, lightweight special aluminum alloy
  • no loss of strength at the weld thanks to friction stir welding; the joints are as strong as the solid material
  • the characteristic Klaas hole pattern reduces the wind-exposed surface area and weight while ensuring high flexural rigidity
  • Fully hydraulic stabilization combined with ASC stabilization control allows for continuously variable stabilization widths, including in the lateral direction.
  • No predefined detent positions to restrict the operator.
  • L-shaped outriggers ensure maximum stability against tipping.\
  • Stabilization without shoring is possible thanks to long vertical cylinders.
  • complex control system compliant with EN 280 and EN 13000
  • state-of-the-art safety PLC for crane operation
  • CAN bus control unit for exceptionally sensitive and precise operation
  • soft start/stop for low-vibration operation
  • option to add an additional remote control
  • spacious, lockable storage compartments
  • secure storage for tools and accessories
  • large storage area on the crane
  • sleek, high-quality overall appearance thanks to ribbed aluminium plating
  • precise starting thanks to sensitive joysticks
  • memory function learns two reference points (e.g., material location on the ground and discharge point on the roof), with the crane moving in safe hold-to-run mode
  • second display ensures clear visibility of key crane operating statuses, such as tilt and slewing angles, max. lifting capacity, and hoist rope speed
  • power supply via standard batteries or cable
  • Hydraulic telescoping of the first and second folding jib sections via radio remote control
  • Simultaneous use of both extensions ensures optimal load distribution
  • Use of the folding jib tip even in confined spaces thanks to a “lift-out” function
  • Hydraulic telescoping possible even under load
  • high-quality slewing ring made in Germany
  • a sophisticated slewing bearing enables endless rotation of the turret in both directions
  • Personal safety in accordance with BG guidelines
  • for work at heights where stationary safety measures—such as scaffolding or safety rings—are not feasible
  • Personal safety provided by the crane arm enables unrestricted work in exposed locations
