With a maximum lifting capacity of 1,600 kg, the K400 is Klaas’ most powerful trailer crane, offering a hook height of over 34 m. Equipped with a double hydraulically telescopic boom section, it provides significant added value for everyday work in urban areas, on confined construction sites and during installation work.
The first two boom sections can be extended and retracted using the radio remote control, even when operating with the aerial work platform. This allows the trailer crane to be set up in tight spaces and opens up new possibilities for working both with and without the platform.
Thanks to the in-house developed V2 outrigger system, the K400 features a support system normally associated with large truck-mounted cranes. This ensures stable and safe support, even under heavy loads. The V-shaped outriggers provide a consistently large support area, even on uneven ground, resulting in greater stability and performance.
